1. Shipping Locations- We currently ship to all pincodes of India.

2.Processing Time- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

3.Shipping Methods and Costs- We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including: Standard Shipping: Rs 50 /- Pan India 2-7 days.
Express Shipping: Rs 100/- Pan India 2-4 days
Free Shipping: Available on orders over Rs 1700/-

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

4.Delivery Time- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. 

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be longer than expected.

5.Order Tracking- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status of your order.

6. International Shipping- Presently not available.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91-9708177777. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

 8. Returns and Exchanges- Shipping costs are non-refundable. For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our return policy link.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

Great Himalaya Food Company is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

1.Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges - You may return products within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that: The product is in its original packaging and condition,  You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Initiating a Return or Exchange- To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team at tghfoodcompany@gmail.com or call us at +91-9708177777,  Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange, We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

3.Shipping Costs- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

4.Refunds - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
